We’re delighted to announce that we have secured our next exciting development – Hinchliffe Mill in Holmfirth.

This unique scheme will see the sensitive conversion of a beautiful heritage building into seven stunning townhouses, alongside the construction of twelve brand new homes within the surrounding grounds. In total, the development will deliver nineteen properties, offering a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Situated in the heart of “Last of the Summer Wine” country, this former Victorian textile mill enjoys a truly idyllic setting. With its own mill pond to the west and the River Holme running alongside, the development boasts exceptional views from every aspect—making it a truly special place to call home.

Our team of skilled local craftsmen bring a proven track record in both the restoration of historic buildings and the creation of high-quality new homes. Hinchliffe Mill will follow our current project, Seventy Acre Farm in Honley, where a derelict farm complex is being transformed into eleven characterful homes.

Previous developments include Fold Farm, delivering nineteen luxurious new homes, and Broad Lane Farm, which consisted of ten new-build properties with the careful restoration of three Grade II listed farm buildings.

We’re looking forward to commencing work on site soon and are confident that Hinchliffe Mill will be a standout addition to our characterful developments.

It’s early in the process – but interested parties are invited to register interest with our selling agents, Wm Sykes, who will provide updates as the scheme progresses, including pricing and release dates.
