We’re delighted to announce that we have secured our next exciting development – Hinchliffe Mill in Holmfirth.

This unique scheme will see the sensitive conversion of a beautiful heritage building into seven stunning townhouses, alongside the construction of twelve brand new homes within the surrounding grounds. In total, the development will deliver nineteen properties, offering a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Situated in the heart of “Last of the Summer Wine” country, this former Victorian textile mill enjoys a truly idyllic setting.
