Our home at Fold Farm is just that a home, from the first day we walked in we loved it. Everything is completed to a high standard and the finishes are fantastic; the aftercare team are always quick to respond and helpful with queries. We are loving living in our new house and look forward to making it our home for many years to come.

We are delighted with our purchase at Fold Farm Lane, it's a great location with amazing views and private setting. We were very happy with the process, receiving regular updates on progress and good communication between the parties involved, The after sales support has been great too with support always at hand to iron out any little issues we faced.

Holroyd homes have been very responsive and at the open days we could clearly see that the houses were being built to a very high specification with way more included as standard than you may expect. The move went very smoothly with the site manager Danny being very helpful and we have been very impressed with every aspect of the house. There have been no snagging issues (this is common theme with neighbours) and we have been very happy with the onsite team keeping us up to date with what is happening to finish the site. It has also been very noticeable that Holroyd homes work with many local businesses and with high quality partners that take pride in the overall quality and the team are always happy to answer questions and help. We can’t recommend enough the service from WM Sykes and how happy we are with our new home.
